India, May 8 -- The 2025 edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is likely to be suspended amid the rising tension between India and Pakistan following the deadly terror attack in south Kashmir's Pahalgam on April 22, which saw 26 civilians lose their lives. In response, the Indian military targeted terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) under 'Operation Sindoor'. The armed forces struck nine terror targets in Pakistan and PoK, including the Jaish-e-Mohammad stronghold of Bahawalpur and Lashkar-e-Taiba's base in Muridke.
