Shimla/Dharamshala, Jan. 3 -- Three students of a government college in Himachal Pradesh have been booked for ragging, while a professor at the institution has been booked for sexual harassment after a 19-year-old student died on December 26, police officers aware of the matter said on Friday.
The father of the deceased, a second-year student at Government College Dharamshala, alleged that the accused had "harassed and levelled casteist remarks" at his daughter. P11
