India, June 20 -- President Droupadi Murmu, who turned 67 on Friday, opened Rashtrapati Tapovan and Rashtrapati Niketan and visited the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities on Rajpur Road in Dehradun.

Murmu, who was on a three-day visit to Uttarakhand from June 19, also laid the foundation stone for Rashtrapati Udyan.

Rashtrapati Tapovan and Rashtrapati Niketan which will be open to the public from June 24 and July 1, respectively.
