India, April 9 -- Chennai Super Kings' fielding woes continued on Tuesday as they suffered a fourth straight loss in the ongoing IPL 2025. They dropped as many as 11 catches this season, one of which was of Shashank Singh during the match against Punjab Kings at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Chandigarh, which sparked a wild reaction from Punjab co-owner Preity Zinta.
It happened in the 17th over of the first innings when Shashank looked to play the slog sweep against a tossed-up googly from Noor Ahmad but got a top edge that sent the ball high in the air but did not get the distance.
