Chandigarh, March 27 -- More than a fortnight after a 23-year-old was killed in an accident on the Sectors 4 and 9 dividing road by a rashly driven Porsche, the family of Ankit, the deceased, on Wednesday took out a candle march to protest against the police for failing to arrest the accused, 38-year-old Sandeep Babuta.
The protest march started from Nayagaon and culminated at the Sector 3 police station in the evening.
The deceased's family, along with scores of supporters, carried placards with photographs of Ankit, which read "Justice for Ankit". The boards also read "Why does money decide who will get justice?".
One of the placards also read "Ankit was a hardworking boy with dreams..until a Porsche car ended his life".
