India, Feb. 15 -- The US and India announced plans to expand higher education collaboration, acknowledging the contribution of over 300,000 Indian students who bring $8 billion annually to the US economy. The leaders unveiled plans for deeper institutional partnerships, including establishing joint and dual-degree programmes, creating centres of excellence, and setting up campuses of premier US institutions in India.
