New Delhi, Feb. 15 -- The opposition Congress on Friday launched an attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for "covering up" alleged corruption by businessman Gautam Adani during a press briefing at the White House where he termed the charges against the industrialist a "personal matter".

Leading the charge for the party, leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi accused the PM of maintaining silence when questions are asked in the country and terming it a personal matter when asked abroad.
