New Delhi, Feb. 13 -- The Union ministry of health and family welfare said in a statement that it has conditionally extended the deadline for small and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies to meet the so-called Schedule M manufacturing standards by a year.
The new deadline is December 31, 2025, as opposed to the earlier December 2024, the ministry said, provided companies apply for certification in next three months.
The extension has been provided to micro, small and medium (MSME) units- with an annual revenue of Rs.250 crore and less.
