India, Feb. 3 -- Peter Rahal, the CEO of David Protein, has announced that Dr. Peter Attia has stepped down from his role as Chief Science Officer at the company. This comes after reports that Attia, an influential longevity expert, was named more than 1,700 times in the trove of 3 million emails released as part of the Epstein files by the US Department of Justice on Friday.

"Dr. Peter Attia has stepped down from his role as Chief Science Officer at David. We remain focused on serving our customers," Rahal wrote on X.
