India, Aug. 29 -- A Virgin Australia flight from Bali to Brisbane turned into a nightmare after all on-board toilets malfunctioned mid-air, leaving passengers with no choice but to improvise. The six-hour journey on a Boeing 737 MAX 8 began on Thursday afternoon, but the problems started even before take-off from Denpasar.

According to a report by The Sun, one of the rear lavatories was already out of service before departure. Despite this, the flight proceeded as scheduled, since there was no engineering support available in Bali to resolve the issue.
