Panchkula, Nov. 3 -- The additional sessions court put aside the September 30 order of the chief judicial magistrate (CJM) and granted default bail to accused Vijay Kumar alias Vijay Garg in the Rs.72 crore embezzlement case involving the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).

Kumar, 54, a resident of Sector 20, had filed a revision petition challenging the CJM's order, which his counsel argued was passed without proper application of mind, causing a miscarriage of justice.
