India, June 4 -- After YouTuber Jasbir Singh was arrested on charges of espionage, his lawyer, Madhav Shukla, questioned the credibility of the police investigation and said that the case lacked concrete evidence.
Speaking to ANI on Wednesday, advocate Shukla said that the case against his client was based solely on unsubstantiated claims of links to Pakistan's spy agency, the ISI.
"Jasbir Singh was arrested yesterday, and the court sent him to a 3-day Police remand. On June 7, he will be produced in court again. As per the police FIR, there are 3 allegations against him.
