India, Nov. 28 -- Cash-strapped Pakistan's central bank chief has said that the current growth model cannot sustain the country's population of about 250 million people and suggested a shift in the economic policy and planning. State Bank of Pakistan governor Jameel Ahmad's comments came a day after minister Ahsan Iqbal blamed the International Monetary Fund for the nation's highest unemployment rate in 21 years. Ahmad said economic growth fell from an average of 3.9% over the last 30 years to 3.4% over the last five years. P17
