India, Aug. 1 -- The Election Commission on Friday disclosed data from the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in Bihar, revealing that over 65 lakh voters have not been included in the draft electoral rolls in the state.

Of these, state capital Patna accounts for the highest at 3.95 lakh voters. Besides, the East Champaran, Madhubani and Gopalganj districts collectively account for 3 lakh voters not included in the draft voter rolls.

The SIR exercise covered all 243 assembly constituencies and 90,817 polling stations.
