NOIDA, June 16 -- The Noida authority board has approved the proposal for a co-developer for Supertech Limited's stalled housing projects, paving way for completion of delayed projects in the city. The move comes after realty firm Apex came agreed to infuse funds and deliver the stalled housing projects of the Supertech Limited. The proposal means that the co-developer will infuse funds, complete the flats, and deliver them. Apex's proposal is under consideration in the Supreme Court that is likely to hear the case on August 13, 2025.
