India, March 28 -- A Volvo car and a Volkswagen Polo car collided outside former politician Kumar Vishwas's home in Noida Sector 30 on Wednesday night, and a 34-year-old passerby who stopped to help the road accident victims was assaulted by two Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) officers in Vishwas's security detail, police said on Thursday.

A 38-second footage of the incidentrecorded by another passerby was widely shared on social media. The Noida Police said they have booked unidentified suspects for assault and are planning to send a notice to CISF.
