India, June 17 -- The surveillance conducted on Air India's Boeing 787 fleet after the June 12 crash of the airline's London Gatwick-bound flight has not revealed any major safety concerns, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said in a statement on Tuesday.

The aviation regulator, which ordered enhanced safety inspections for the airline's B787-8/9 fleet on June 13, said on Tuesday that the aircraft and associated maintenance systems were found to be compliant with existing safety standards.
