NEW DELHI, April 23 -- The Constitution is for the people and the elected representatives are its repositories and the ultimate masters as to what its content will be, vice-president Jagdeep Dhankhar said on Tuesday, asserting that constitutional offices are not "ornamental" and Parliament reigns supreme.
"There is no visualisation in the constitution of any authority above Parliament," he said.P7
