Mumbai, April 26 -- The Bombay high court on Friday said the investigation against comedian Kunal Kamra over his purported remarks on Maharashtra deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde can continue but directed the police to not arrest him until it made a ruling. A division bench of justices Sarang Kotwal and SM Modak allowed the Mumbai police to record the Tamil Nadu-based comedian's statement in Chennai after giving him reasonable notice. However, it restrained the trial court from taking cognisance of any charge sheet filed by the police. P12
