India, May 16 -- New Jersey Transit train engineers are on strike, bringing train service across the state to a standstill and leaving hundreds of thousands of commuters scrambling for alternatives. Over 40 years after NJ Transit's major strike, it will be a hard time for 350,000 daily NJ Transit riders who depend on trains to get to work, school, or the airport.
