Patna, July 24 -- The Bihar assembly on Wednesday witnessed confrontation between members of the opposition Grand Alliance and the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA), with chief minister Nitish Kumar reminding leader of the opposition Tejashwi Yadav of the "jungle raj" during the RJD's rule over the latter's critical remarks that the ongoing special intensive revision (SIR) of electoral rolls was being done in a "non-transparent" manner.
