New Delhi, Nov. 11 -- National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday urged the Delhi high court to hold in-camera proceedings on its petition seeking death penalty for Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief and Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik in a terror funding case. NIA's counsels Akshai Malik and Khawar Saleem urged a bench of justices Vivek Chaudhary and Manoj Jain to provide a separate, private virtual link for hearing the matter.
