New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- The Narcotics Control Bureau(NCB) on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the CBSE to start an awareness campaign on drugs across schools - the first arrangement of its kind to create awareness and combat substance abuse in schools.
"The MoU provides a comprehensive framework for joint initiatives, including quarterly awareness programs, capacity-building workshops for teachers and counsellors, e-modules on drug prevention, and counselling services for students and parents," NCB said. The Centre has vowed to make India drug free by 2047.HTC
