New Delhi, Oct. 24 -- The Indian Navy's deterrent posture during Operation Sindoor forced Pakistani warships to remain in harbours or near the coast, defence minister Rajnath Singh said on Thursday while addressing top naval commanders. Operation Sindoor, launched in May in retaliation for the Pahalgam terror attack, reflected India's capability and was a message to the world that the country is always ready to respond to challenges, Singh said.
