India, Sept. 9 -- The 2026 edition of the men's T20 World Cup, co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka, will be played between February 7 and March 8, according to a report in ESPNCricinfo. It will be the 10th edition of the ICC tournament, where India will be defending the crown, having lifted the title in 2024, after beating South Africa in the final in Barbados.
The tournament will comprise 20 teams and 55 matches, which will be played across five venues in India and two in Sri Lanka. The final is reportedly set to be staged at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. However, if Pakistan qualify for the summit clash, the match will be held in Colombo.
