India, March 27 -- Amit Rathi, co-founder of QiCAP.AI, has purchased a luxury apartment worth Rs.89.91 crore in India's tallest building, Palais Royale in Mumbai's Worli, according to the property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com

The documents show that the apartment was purchased on the 62nd floor of India's tallest building, which is around 320 metres in height, in Central Mumbai's Worli.

According to the documents, the apartment has a built-up area of 7,685 sq ft and was purchased at Rs.1.17 lakh per sq ft.

The documents show that Amit Rathi purchased the apartment and five parking spaces.

The transaction registered on March 22, 2025, was subject to a stamp duty of Rs.5.39 crore and a registration fee of Rs.30,000.
