India, Nov. 7 -- Two people were killed and three injured after they were hit by a suburban train near Sandhurst Road railway station in south Mumbai on Thursday, officials said. The incident occurred around 7pm when train services on the Central Railway were disrupted following a strike by employees' unions. The protest was triggered by an FIR filed against two engineers in connection with the June 9 Mumbra accident. Several commuters were walking along the tracks due to the disruption in services, when a group of them was struck by an oncoming train.HTC
