Bhopal/Jabalpur, May 21 -- Outgoing Madhya Pradesh high court judge justice Duppala Venkata Ramana on Tuesday said that his transfer from the Andhra Pradesh high court to the Madhya Pradesh high court in 2023 was issued with "ill intention to harass" him. In his farewell speech, justice Ramana said he was "subjected to conspiratorial scrutiny" because of which he and his family "suffered in silence".P10
