India, March 27 -- The Mulund police have booked two persons for allegedly assaulting and molesting a 24-year-old woman and her 44-year-old mother after they were found feeding stray dons inside a housing society compound in Mulund. The police said the attackers tore off the clothes of the daughter.
An FIR was registered based on the statement given by the 24-year-old woman and her mother in which two persons of the society were booked under sections 74 (assault or use of criminal force to any woman, intending to outrage her modesty), 352 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), and 115 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
