Rohtak, April 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday attacked the Congress for its opposition to the recently enforced Waqf (Amendment) Act, accusing the party of spreading the "virus of vote bank politics". Addressing a gathering at Hisar after flagging off a direct commercial flight to Ayodhya, the PM said: "The Congress has become the destroyer of Constitution.
