Srinagar, Oct. 11 -- Mobile internet services were restored in Leh district late on Thursday, just hours after the Ladakh administration held a meeting with civil society groups, including the Leh Apex Body (LAB), officials familiar with the matter said on Friday. The services were suspended following violent protests on September 24, which left at least four people dead and nearly 100 injured. "All restrictions have now been lifted, and normalcy has returned [to Ladakh]," a senior Ladakh official said on condition of anonymity. P9
