Noida, June 11 -- A17-year-old boy who went missing from his Noida home in 2015 was reunited with his family nearly a decade later on Tuesday, after Faridabad police discovered him while probing an unrelated child abduction case. The boy was identified through a severed middle finger and a scar under his eye, as his facial features had changed. Police said Mangal Kumar, who had kidnapped a seven-year-old boy last month, had also been raising the teen as his own since 2015, after allegedly finding him lost in Delhi's Badarpur area.
