New Delhi, Dec. 6 -- Thousands of passengers are hunting for lost luggage at Indian airports as IndiGo's operations troubles creates a baggage crisis. Delhi's Baggage Make-up Area is choked with bags that should have been on flights that are now cancelled. The last time widespread baggage hold-up occurred was in October due to a system glitch. At the time, it took more than a week to clear 3,500 bags from one day of disruption.P10
