India, Feb. 27 -- Michelle Trachtenberg's last Instagram post before her death has been revealed. The Gossip Girl star died aged 39, having gone into cardiac arrest in her New York City apartment. She was found "unconscious and unresponsive" by police and later pronounced dead by EMS workers, the NYPD confirmed, according to the New York Post.

Trachtenberg's final Instagram post was a throwback photo shared on February 18. The close-up shot showed the actress on the red carpet. "I wanted to look like naughty #tinkerbell #throwback," the Gossip Girl star captioned the image.

Days before that, Trachtenberg posted her last selfie. She shared a photo of herself wearing a blue sweater with a tiger on it, a silver necklace and black eyeliner....
