New Delhi, Dec. 21 -- Delhi's Rouse Avenue court on Saturday ordered the release of alleged AgustaWestland middleman Christian Michel James from jail in the money laundering case filed by the Enforcement Directorate, noting that he had already spent seven years in custody - which is the maximum statutory punishment for the offence. He will, however, remain in jail in a separate corruption case filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the matter. P6
