India, Feb. 16 -- The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) on February 16 announced that online applications for 118 affordable homes in Mumbai will begin on a 'first-come, first-served basis' from February 17, 2026.

According to MHADA, the online application registration process will start on February 17, 2026 at 11.00 am on MHADA's official website https://bookmyhome.mhada.gov.in.

According to sources, the most expensive apartment for sale is in South Mumbai's Tardeo, priced at over Rs.8 crore, while the least expensive is Rs.38 lakh.

According to MHADA, the flats are available in areas such as Kandivali, Charkop, Shimpoli, Antop Hill, Wadala, Powai, Malad, Mankhurd, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Byculla, Tardeo, Lower P...
