New Delhi, Feb. 10 -- Delhi on Sunday recorded its hottest day so far this year as a western disturbance slashed wind speeds, keeping the surface temperature warm, according to the India Meteorological Department. Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 27.4degC - four degrees above normal. These conditions also worsened pollution, with the city clocking an air quality index of 227 (poor) at 4pm. P10
