Bengaluru/mumbai, Nov. 5 -- Businessman Mehli Mistry on Tuesday informed the Tata Trusts that he does not wish to contest his removal from the philanthropic entities, less than 96 hours after challenging his ouster before the Maharashtra charity commissioner.
Mistry wrote to the remaining six trustees saying that according to Ratan Tata, nobody was bigger than the institution he served. Mistry's decision marks a closure to the brief episode. P15
