New Delhi, June 19 -- The department of personnel and training (DoPT) on Wednesday said that the process of medical test for UPSC candidates who submit disability certificates and others who apply under reserved categories has been streamlined. The DoPT officer said that the government probed many complaints received on social media, of which nothing substantial could be found in any case except one. The government initiated the changes in the backdrop of IAS probationer Puja Khedkar's case. "Post Puja Khedkar case, a mechanism is in place both for PwD candidates as well as for OBC candidates. We have streamlined the issues related to the PwD candidates," said AP Das Joshi, additional secretary of the department.
