India, Feb. 28 -- An Australian woman, Kim Hall, noticed an unexpected change in her voice after undergoing jaw reconstruction surgery. However, it wasn't until a week later that her sister pointed it out, making her realize just how different she sounded.

"My mom and my sister came to visit me, and my sister said to my mom, 'oh, she sounds very posh'," the 57-year-old from Goulburn, New South Wales, told news.com.au, as reported by the New York Post.
