India, Jan. 1 -- Maruti Suzuki ended December 2025 with its strongest sales performance ever, setting new records across wholesale and retail volumes, the company said on Wednesday.

Domestic wholesale sales in December stood at 1,82,165 units, the highest since the brand began operations, marking a 37.5 per cent year-on-year growth. Exports during the month were 25,739 units, while sales to other OEMs added 9,950 units. Total wholesale sales for the month reached 2,17,854 units, up 22 per cent, making it the highest monthly dispatch in Maruti Suzuki's 42-year history.
