Mumbai, Aug. 31 -- Maratha quota agitation leader Manoj Jarange-Patil on Saturday demanded that the Marathas in Marathwada be declared as belonging to the Kunbi caste and given reservation, as his talks with a government delegation ended inconclusively on the second day of his hunger strike in Mumbai. CM Devendra Fadnavis, meanwhile, reiterated the government was trying to find a solution within the constitutional and legal framework. Nearly 40,000 protesters thronged the main junctions in south Mumbai, causing traffic snarls during peak hours. P2
