New Delhi, Oct. 24 -- The Congress on Thursday appointed Manish Sharma as the new in-charge of the party's youth wing, Indian Youth Congress. Sharma replaces Krishna Allavaru, who is currently the party's in-charge of Bihar, where assembly elections are scheduled to take in two phases -- November 6 and November 11. The counting of votes will take place on November 14.
