New Delhi, Feb. 12 -- Police arrested a 26-year-old BBA graduate on Monday for allegedly smuggling e-cigarettes to people across the city. Police said he was caught outside the Dilshad Garden metro station with more than 600 e-cigarettes.
According to the police, the accused is Mayank Giri Goswami, and is currently unemployed.
"He confessed to be working under directions of Gourav (surname unknown since no arrest made yet), a resident of Janakpuri. Gourav would pay commission to Goswami on every part of the supply," deputy commissioner of police (Shahdara) Prashant Gautam, said.
Gourav is currently on the run while police said that efforts to nab him are underway.
