New Delhi, July 3 -- The Delhi Police on Tuesday night arrested a 27-year-old man from Haridwar in Uttarakhand for allegedly strangling a 20-year-old man and dumping his charred body near the Narela-Bawana flyover, officers said on Wednesday.
The victim, Kapil Dahiya, had issued death threats to his neighbour, Sumit Kumar, the accused, due to an old rivalry, police said. Kumar, fearing retaliation, enlisted two friends to kill Dahiya, they added.
