New Delhi, Jan. 3 -- Five labourers allegedly thrashed a 25-year-old man to death over suspicion of theft at an under construction site in South Extension late on Thursday night. All five labourers were apprehended after medical examination of the victim.
"The deceased was identified as Gurmeet Singh alias Prince, a resident of Andrews Ganj. Preliminary inquiry revealed that he had entered the site during the night allegedly for theft. He was assaulted by labourers. He later died. Five labourers have been apprehended... Legal action has been initiated accordingly," said DCP Ankit Chauhan.htc
