Kolkata, June 19 -- West Bengal chief minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday slammed the makers of Kesari Chapter 2, accusing them of distorting the names of freedom fighters and historical facts in the film. Banerjee's comments comes as a first information report (FIR) was filed against seven producers of the film under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at the Bidhannagar South police station. The FIR stems from a controversial scene in the movie that allegedly misrepresents key freedom fighters from West Bengal. "In a film, Khudiram Bose had been depicted as Khudiram Singh.
