India, April 3 -- Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure arm of the Mahindra Group, announced on April 2 that it will be taking up two housing redevelopment projects in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai, from which it is expecting a revenue of Rs.1,200 crore.
In a regulatory filing on April 2, Mahindra Lifespace informed that the company has been "appointed as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of two residential societies in the Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai, with a project value of approximately Rs.1,200 crore."
