PATNA, June 20 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said that the Congress and the RJD had hurt the pride of Bihar and kept the state poor "due to mafia raj, goonda raj and corruption" despite zealously announced slogan 'Garibi Hatao' being there for generations. But the state, he said, was now set for a development leap.
