Ludhiana, June 13 -- Former Punjab chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi targeted Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for not attending the government-organised Kabir Jayanti celebrations in Jalandhar on Wednesday, even though they were reportedly just a few kilometers away.
